Apply a thin coat of stencil fix to the back of the stencil and leave to dry. Place the stencil adhesive side down on the rough side of the white Creaflexx. Use a stencil sponge to apply the acrylics colours, allowing them to blend, over the entire surface of the stencil. Repeat the process using half the stencil. Leave to dry.

Cut out an approx. 8 x 8 cm piece of white Creaflexx. Cut out the stencil decorated Creaflexx to create a wavy edged rectangle (only the area of the whole stencil leaving the half stencil for later). Make a hole in the centre of the white square and then a hole in the decorated Creaflexx off centre to the right. Heat the smooth side of the white Creaflexx square with a rubber stamping heat tool and stick it on the back of the decorated piece aligning the holes. Insert the quartz clock movement and fix the clock hands according the package instructions.

Note: It is advisable to work on a heat-resistant surface and place a layer of baking parchment on top so that the Creaflexx doesn’t stick to the surface when warm. In addition, we recommend you wear thin cotton gloves when working with Creaflexx, as the glue gets very hot when heated.

Heat the clock below the clock hands’ radius and shape the Creaflexx into a wave whilst hot. The Creaflexx should be left in this position for 2-3 minutes until cool. Creaflexx can always be reheated and re-shaped at any time if necessary.

Tip: The Creaflexx can be laid over a pipe or the cardboard tube whilst warm, but always cover the surface with baking parchment so that the Creaflexx doesn’t stick.

Cut out an isosceles triangle approx. 8 x 15 x 15 cm from the transparent Creaflexx. Cut out some leaves from the half stencilled Creaflexx. Heat the transparent Creaflexx and shape it in waves. Heat the cut leaves one by one bending them slightly. Heat the upper right corner of the clock and stick the transparent triangle behind it. Glue the leaves onto the transparent Creaflexx by heating them. If desired, add a few leaves to the decorated white Creaflexx. No extra glue is needed for this, as the white Creaflexx becomes sticky when heated and adheres to itself.

Note: Since the clockwork is off centred most of the leaves must be stuck on the right side of the clock so that it will hang straight.
