Home is where the heart is…

Studio Light’s new Home and Happiness range of scrapbooking products are ideal for card makers, scrapbookers and mix media artists! There are co-ordinating papers, stamps, metal dies and punched papers.

To view this and their other range, Romantic Summer, look at pages C.W.13-15 of the Creative World Catalogue 2017.

Award Winning Wood Veneers

Efco’s award winning wood veneers are the perfect way to create a natural look for DIY projects. The range consists of real wood veneers laminated onto fabric with a matte, velvety texture and genuine grains. They are flexible along the grain and can be cut, embossed, sewn, glued, riveted, stamped, and painted. (They should be lightly ironed before being cut etc.)

They are available in three different colours (stone, natural & brown) and three different sizes with an option of self-adhesive or not.

For more information look at pages N.64-N.65 of the Trends Spring/Summer 2017 Catalogue.

12 New Texture Mats!

Efco have brought out 12 new designs in their Texture Mat range! These mats were designed to be used in conjunction with polymer clays such as Cernit and Fimo using the Sutton Slice and Mica Shift techniques but can also be used to stamp designs for adult colouring.

Efco are also now marketing their complete range of 36 designs in sets of 6.

To view the sets and 12 new designs see the Creative World catalogue (C.W.4-5).

Easy Moss

Easy Moss is a new addition to the range of water based, weather resistant finishes.

It is available in two shades: olive and green.

It can be used in conjunction with the Easy Rust and Beton finishes, works well on Efco’s PappArt and Polystyrene ranges and is suitable for most surfaces.

Check out the Trends Spring/Summer 2017 catalogue for more details.

Robo Crafter!

I’m not sure I can get my head round this ….
Always thought the definition of craft was something that was made by hand, by a person.

This is the robo- photo pearls crafter that efco presented at the recent Nurenberg Toy Fair.

May not be craft as we know it, but certainly impressive, though maybe a spray of WD40 is required!

Getting up to monkey business!

As usual Efco have added to their range of Pappart shapes this year. Unicorns look set to be a new trend for 2017 but personally we think these monkeys look like loads of fun! Painted in bright colours they would make perfect decorations for a child’s bedroom. They can be personalised to suit the child whatever their interests might be e.g. football supporter, biking enthusiast, etc, and they have been especially designed with curved tails and paws so that they can be hung from each other too!

Check out the Trends Catalogue Spring/Summer 2017 for details of the latest Pappart additions.

Jewellery making with Cernit

Cernit polymer clay is one of the strongest and most hardwearing clays available today. It is especially popular amongst doll makers due to the wide range of flesh colours and its porcelain-like finish. Once baked it is more flexible than most other clays and so is idea for creating fine details in jewellery making and modelling. Crafters can create stunning pieces when Cernit is used in conjunction with Efco’s jewellery backings.

To see the full range take a look at the Technical Hobbies section of the catalogue (pages 558-563).

Chalk it up!

Efco’s chalkboard fabric can be hand or machine sewn. It can also be stuck with adhesives making it suitable for use in a wide range of craft projects.

It is now available in red and green as well as black!

Check out pages N61-62 of the Trends Spring/Summer 2017 catalogue to see the complete range.
